Since I had many issues in the past with Best Home Services, and had requested, and was told, that I would be sent someone who was familiar with the issues. However, another maintenance tech was sent, and I was a bit apprehensive, but he turned out to be excellent, was knowledgeable and efficient and explained every thing to me.
