Recently, the Bradenton Herald wrote an article on local companies in Manatee County struggling to find skilled workers. In it, they interviewed various companies within the area, most of which were offering trades jobs, such as carpenters and electricians, but were struggling to find qualified applicants to fill the positions. Business was growing and so was the demand, yet their workforce was struggling to grow with it.
